Alicia Sanguinetti is a Bay Area native and longtime Peninsula real estate professional with deep roots in Hillsborough, Burlingame, San Mateo, and the Coastside. Her extensive local knowledge, longstanding relationships, and understanding of the nuances of these markets have been central to her success.

Alicia has worked in residential real estate since 2008 and is a partner in the Sanguinetti Greenman Group at Compass. She was among the first local agents to join Compass and helped establish the Burlingame office when it consisted of just eight people. Since then, the office has grown to more than 350 agents.

Together with her business partner, Andrew Greenman, Alicia has completed more than $1 billion in residential real estate sales. They specialize in representing buyers and sellers throughout Hillsborough, Burlingame, San Mateo, the Coastside, and surrounding Peninsula communities, with experience ranging from family homes to some of the Bay Area’s most exceptional luxury properties. Their sales include a $25.5 million Hillsborough residence, which ranked as the second-highest residential sale in Hillsborough.

The Coastside has become an especially important part of Alicia’s life and business. After owning a second home in Montara for many years, Alicia and her husband, Rick, ultimately made the decision to leave Hillsborough and embrace coastal living full-time, moving to Moss Beach. That personal experience gives Alicia a firsthand understanding of what draws buyers to the Coastside — the lifestyle, natural beauty, sense of community, and unique characteristics of each neighborhood.

Alicia has represented buyers and sellers throughout Moss Beach, Montara, Half Moon Bay, El Granada, and the surrounding coastal communities, including a number of significant off-market transactions. Most notably, she represented the seller of 2190 Vallemar Street in Moss Beach, which sold off-market for $7.7 million — one of the highest-priced residential sales in Moss Beach.

Her combination of Coastside residency, deep Peninsula roots, and longstanding relationships gives Alicia a distinct advantage when representing coastal properties.
