Andrew has been helping people buy and sell homes across San Mateo County for 17 years — and he lives the market he works. He and his wife Sacha are raising their three children in San Mateo, where the kids attend local schools and play on local sports teams, so the school runs, Saturday matches and neighborhood knowledge are firsthand, not researched.

Originally from the UK, Andrew has worked in real estate for more than 22 years, including deals in the UK and mainland Europe before settling in the Bay Area. Over the years he's also bought, sold, remodeled and managed rental property of his own, so he understands property from both sides of the closing table. As a partner in the Sanguinetti Greenman Group at Compass, he brings a methodical, unflappable approach to every transaction — and a genuine enthusiasm for the business that clients tend to notice.

Before real estate, Andrew built a career in retail, rising to Regional Operations Director after graduating from Leicester University. It's an unlikely route into property, but it's why he runs a deal the way he does: organized, communicative, and focused on the people at the center of it.

Away from work, he's a lifelong soccer and rugby supporter who has just as happily taken up American football and baseball. He still counts swimming the Escape from Alcatraz among his favorite Bay Area experiences — and most days can be found out walking Zug, the family's
German Shorthaired Pointer.
